How long does delivery take?
Orders within the US typically arrive in 7–14 business days. Express shipping (3–5 days) is available for $15.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States — no minimum order required. It's automatically applied at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. You can also track it directly on our website at any time.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified!

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@furipo.com if you need to make changes.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy on all items. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to start the process.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry! Email us at support@furipo.com with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Yes, 100%. Every product in the Furipo store is tested and verified to be pet-safe, non-toxic, and durable. Your pet's safety is our top priority.

Do you test your products before selling them?
Every product goes through a rigorous quality check before being added to Furipo. We only sell what we'd use for our own pets.

What sizes are available?
Sizes vary by product. Check the individual product pages for detailed size charts and measurements.
